What's up! I'm Austin Barnes, a videographer here in Colorado Springs. I'm the founder and currently sole member of Maverick Media. From the initial quotes to the actual filming and editing of your projects, I'll be the guy you're doing business with the whole time.

I grew up in a small town called Mossyrock in Washington state, where I spent my youth daydreaming about what it would be like to create content for a living.
Whether that was social media content or straight-up films, I've always wanted to capture meaningful moments and share them with the world.

A YouTube channel at 12
I started a YouTube channel at 12 years old, where I filmed, edited, and uploaded videos of me doing all sorts of stuff. From gaming and vlogging to school projects and short films, I picked up experience in all sorts of different fields.
I've been filming and editing videos for over 10 years now, and that passion still persists to this day.

After leaving my small-town home in search of a new adventure, I've landed in Colorado Springs. And I've gotta say, this place is awesome. The people, the culture, and of course the beautiful views make it very easy to call home.
